5. . Freshman. Syracuse Orange. OSHAE BRISSETT - SF/PF

Oshae Brissett may not be in the ESPN or Scout’s Top 100, but he is more than able to be a huge star for however long he stays with Syracuse Basketball. Heck, our very own contributor, Zachary Weisleder, said just a few days ago why he could be game changer for the Orange. He has been highly touted and was just recently named the top Canadian High School Basketball player for last year. He even was invited to play in BioSteel, the Canadian’s version of the McDonald’s All-American Game.

Brissett has a pretty good all-around game. He is tall enough to alter shots, hit mid-range jumpers, drive the lane, and play good defense one-on-one because of his length. Like Moyer, he has the potential to be the player who gives Syracuse their version of a big three. He is still young, and has a lot to learn, but if he can learn fast and do as Boeheim asks, the spot is his in the rotation without a doubt.
