Brisly Estime finally showed up for a game in a big way. Normally just a role player, he outperformed fellow wide receiver Steve Ishmael versus USF.

Coming into the game this weekend Estime had 6 catches for 54 yards and 1 touchdown (9 yards per catch average) in two games. Against South Florida he had 6 catches for 80 yards and a touchdown which was achieved on a 47-yard catch.

This uptick in production was recognized this week as he moved from 9th to 6th in our rankings this week. He is a senior and is finally starting to play like it. We need another wide receiver to throw off the attention from Amba Etta-Tawo who is having quite a season. If he can continue to play like this, then expect the offense to find even more rhythm and for him to move up these rankings. We need him to show up, because right now Ishmael just isn’t bringing it.
