Syracuse Basketball plays its 18th game of the year versus Virginia Tech Saturday afternoon. Inside The Loud House lets, you know how to watch and listen to the game.

Syracuse basketball has played much better lately beating a ranked Virginia team on the road, then winning big at home versus Boston College last game. The Orange will now take on a decent Virginia Tech team Saturday afternoon to whom they ultimately lost a close game to at home just a few short weeks ago.

The Orange had a lead multiple times in the final minutes of that previous Virginia Tech game, but couldn’t find a way to pull out the win. Syracuse basketball will now take on Virginia Tech for the second time this season, hoping to get revenge, this time being on the road at Virginia Tech on Saturday afternoon.

Both teams have improved in the win column since they last met. The Syracuse basketball team is on a two-game winning streak and is now 10-7, while Virginia Tech is now 13-4 after three straight wins. Both teams are hoping to keep up their winning ways in their quest for a postseason berth.

So what should we expect?

Well, we should once again expect a lot of threes taken and made. The Hokies and Orange both take and make among the most threes in the ACC and that shouldn’t change as both teams should settle for outside shots if the defenses are playing well.

The Orange will need Elijah Hughes, Buddy Boeheim, and Joe Girard to make outside shots so they can feed Quincy Guerrier, Marek Dolezaj, and Bourama Sidibe inside for scores. If the Orange can keep the defense honest they stand a chance of winning this game.

What may be more important is Syracuse’s defense. If the Orange don’t defend the perimeter well or the Hokies hit their shots consistently then it could be a long game in the road. How effective Syracuse basketball’s 2-3 zone may determine who wins this game. The last two games they have limited teams to shooting under 40%, so let’s see if they can keep that up.

Either way, this game should be a tight, physical affair. According to ESPN.com, they give the Orange just a 31.1% chance of winning. So not great odds, but the Orange are more than capable of beating this team as they proved last time these teams played.

So how can I watch or listen to the game?
