Prediction: Syracuse wins 85-73

This game looks to not be very close. You have a 9-6 Yellow Jacket team taking on an 11-4 Orange team that’s seems to have found it’s stride at the right time.

The Orange have finally found some consistency on offense thanks to placing Marek Dolezaj in at center. He is starting to blossom both as a distributor but also as a role player who can get a score when needed. That had been huge in allowing the Orange to space the floor more and make smarter choices on offense than just isolation plays.

If the Orange continue to play well on offense as they have the last few games and continue to hold teams to low scores with their defense then this game against Georgia Tech may not be close.

I think the Orange pull away with stellar play by Elijah Hughes and Tyus Battle and Oshae Brissett has a bounce back game as well. He’s been struggling lately and I think he is about due to have a 20 point outing in which he hits multiple shots from behind the arc. Orange pull away midway through the second half and go on to win by double digits.
