Syracuse basketball takes the road to face Florida State. Here are our full crystal ball predictions and preview of the top x-factors to watch out for.

Syracuse basketball will take the road to face off against Florida State at noon on Saturday, February 15. The Seminoles are one of the top-10 teams in all of college hoops. FSU is 20-4 overall and 10-3 in the ACC.

While the Orange are limping in at 14-10 on the season and 7-6 in the conference. In addition to a worse record, Syracuse may be playing without its best player vs Florida State.

Elijah Hughes suffered a groin strain in pregame warmups vs NC State and only played a little over two minutes before he was forced to sit out the rest of the contest. Hughes will be a “game-time” decision for the game vs FSU.

Not surprisingly considering that factoid and that FSU is undefeated at home this season 12-0, the Seminoles are large favorites in this game. Florida State is a 9.5 point favorite per Vegas and per the ESPN BPI Analytics Syracuse only possesses a 16.4 percent chance at victory.

So who will come out of this one on top? We have our full crystal ball predictions ahead of this matchup and a preview of the top x-factors too keep an eye out for.
